Accessible route maps show precisely the location of accessible entrances. These maps can have raised lettering, large print lettering and grade 2 braille translations.
Our standard size map which measures 8" x 10" with four mounting holes, allows ample space for an outline of a building with an accessible route path as well as print directions.
Anodized Aluminum Maps:
The most popular material is anodized aluminum which offers outstanding weatherability. Anodized aluminum maps are natural aluminum color with black text and graphics.
The lettering and graphics are not raised on these signs. Instead, by using a proprietary photographic process, the lettering and graphics are actually made part of the aluminum so they cannot wear off. The entire surface is clear anodized for optimum durability exceeding 15 years outdoors.
Grade 2 braille directions can be incorporated into these signs at no additional cost.
- Standard thickness is 1/8".
- Maximum overall size is 11" x 18" without braille (11" can be either the width or height).
- Maximum width for signs with braille is 11" and the height is 18".
