We have developed a braille ballot system that is affordable and easy to use.
Our system has a combination of braille and visual text so that no special equipment is required to process the ballots.
Our braille template is made of rigid plastic, not paper, which makes it reusable throughout the entire voting process.

This is how the system works:
- The city or town provides us with a list of names of the candidates, we typeset the names onto paper ballots that are designed to line up with our braille template.
- Each braille template has a cut-out circle next to the brailled name of the candidate. The braille template is aligned on top of the paper ballot and held in place by use of a clipboard. Each braille template can accommodate seven candidate names or referendum questions.
For example: if there are ten candidates running for office, two braille templates would be needed to accommodate the names.
- The voter marks their choice of candidate by tracing the circle next to the candidate's name. the tracing is now visible on the paper ballot, so that it may be counted.
If the election being held has special referendum questions, the questions can either be recorded on an audio cassette and listened to on a cassette player, or we can produce braille booklets with the questions.
Since the braille templates are re-usable, only one is needed per voting location. Depending on the municipalities voting regulations, they may need only one template for the entire city, or they may need braille ballots at each voting location.
