The information that is usually included for amusement parks is the location of lost children's booths, telephones, security, first aid stations, lost and found booths and restrooms.
Museums and Historical sites usually include the same information as listed above, but also include any interesting points of interest to the museum or historical site.
We manufacture two types of braille guidebooks: paper and plastic. The paper guides are basically a disposable item whereas the plastic guides are reusable.
The standard size of the paper guidebook is 8.5" x 11". The standard size of the plastic guidebook is 5 1/2" x 9". The number of pages that each guidebook has is dependent on the information you want to include. The prices below are per page of information. For an exact price please fax us a list of information to be included and we will quote you an exact price.
There is no minimum quantity to purchase, one guidebook orders are gladly accepted.
The standard color for each type of guidebooks is white, but plastic guidebooks can be ordered in a variety of colors and logos can be included with the plastic guidebooks.
See our Technical Bulletin explaining the proposed changes to the ADA regarding braille. These proposed changes are nothing new to us, since we have always made our braille to these new requirements.
