Real Estate Signs

We offer several types of real estate signs to advertise your business.

Internet Address Signs are aluminum signs that attach to the bottom of your existing signs. These signs area available in two popular sizes and several colors. Each sign has your internet address on both sides.

Traditional Real Estate Signs are the type that are one or two sided and have a metal frame that sticks into grass. These signs can be made with either coroplast or aluminum, please see the descriptions below.

A-Frame Signs work well for open houses when the sign is only going to be displayed for a few hours.

Telephone Pole Identifiers are made of lightweight plastic and can be nailed onto telephone poles to show the direction to open houses. (Please obey any no posting laws in your area of use.)

Construction Project Signs are larger wooden signs that are usually placed at the site of new developments or commercial real estate that is for sale or lease. For these signs please see our Construction Projects Sign section.

Internet Address Signs

Each sign is constructed of aluminum and has your internet address displayed on both sides of the sign. We offer two standard sizes: 6" x 18" and 6" x 24", but other sizes can also be made.

Traditional Real Estate Signs

COROPLAST signs are made of lightweight corrugated plastic and come in a variety of colors. This material has excellent exterior durability and can be mounted in one of our frames or nailed to posts.

Theses signs can be lettered on one or two sides in any of our standard lettering colors. We use the best available vinyl lettering for our signs with an exterior durability of seven years.

ALUMINUM signs are available in white background as standard but other colors can be ordered at a slight additional cost. Aluminum signs have excellent exterior durability and are more rugged than coroplast signs.

The lettering is the same vinyl used on coroplast signs with the same seven year exterior durability.

These signs can be mounted in one of our frames, nailed to posts or propped up against trees or buildings.

A-Frame Signs

These signs are available in plastic and metal. The metal frame has a carrying handle for easy transportation. Each A-Frame has lettering on both sides of the frame.

The plastic A-Frames have lettering applied directly to the frame whereas the metal A-Frames have sign insets so that the frame can be used for other sign inserts.

Telephone Pole Identifiers

These signs measure 12" x 18" and are made of Coroplast, a lightweight plastic which has excellent exterior durability. These are a low cost way of advertising homes for sale by your company.

Standard colors for these signs are white background with your choice of red, black, blue or green lettering.

Unless otherwise specified, half of the signs will have right arrows and half will have left arrows. Vertical arrows can also be made upon request.
